At DAVINO OFFICIAL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return eligible items in accordance with the policy below.

Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

  • Proof of purchase or your order number must be provided.

To initiate a return, please contact us at davinobv@gmail.com before sending your item back. We will provide you with the return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.

  • Gift cards.

  • Digital products or downloadable content.

  • Items that have been worn, washed, damaged by the customer, or are not in their original condition.

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons once opened or unsealed.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning their items unless:

  • The item was damaged upon arrival.

  • The wrong item was delivered.

  • The item is defective.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned item or after you provide proof that it has been shipped back.

Please note:

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or if the return is due to our error.

  • Refund processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at davinobv@gmail.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photos of the product and packaging.

We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you would like a different size, color, or product, please return your original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
